Q: Do you sell brand medicines or generic pills?
A: We are able to sell generic products only.
Q: What kind of medications do you sell?
A: To learn this please review the section entitled products in your browser, where a full list of medications is provided, some medicines are controlled substances to get which you must undergo a physical exam, that is we cannot sell them online. Such medications include Valium, Lorazepam, Ativan, Diazepam, Clonazepam, Klonopin, etc.
Q: What does Generic mean?
A: Generic indicates using a different name for the same ingredients. The contents of the pills in our generic version and the branded analogue are identical.
Q: Why is the price of your product low?
A: Due to several reasons. We do not pay anything for marketing, there are no taxes to be paid as theegi arrival of unregistered product is tax free, the manufacturer is located in an offshore zone and the production costs are much lower. Child labor is not used.

Q: Why do the pill and branded medicine have different shapes?
A: The reason is the same as in the question above. The shape of the pill represents the intellectual property of the manufacturer and reproducing it would be the breach of copyright.
Q: What is the difference between Soft and Regular tabs?
A: They are different in the speed of action (the Soft tabs provide result faster than regular ones) and in the zone of absorption. Soft tabs resolve under the tongue so you can take alcohol or eat rich foods before the sexual activity, with regular tabs drinking is prohibited.
Q: What is the package of the pills?
A: The pills are packed in one or more blister packs consisting of 10 pills each. All orders under 60 pills are shipped in one package. Large orders can be divided in 2 packs and come in 2 separate envelopes. The second part of a large order is posted in 3 days after the first one.
Q: Will you propose other products in the future?
A: If you need a product which you can not find at our site, you can let us know of the product you are interested in and we will try to include it in our list.

A: The products we sell are manufactured and shipped from India. All of them are approved by INDIAN FDA for export.

A: A licensed physician will consider your order. He will approve or decline it.
When your order is approved, the physician will then write your prescription and our ordering system will ensure that it is sent to the pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped.

A: We are sorry, but we accept credit card payments only. This is the shortest way to process your order. When your payment is received by our processing centre, your product is ready to be packed and sent out.

A: When your order is processed and accepted by our billing department.

A: Unfortunately, we do not sell the goods to persons, who 18 years old and younger.
Q: What about the shipment of orders?
A: 2 shipping methods are available at the moment:

A: Customs will inform you about delay. The addressee is invited to give them a permission to open the parcel. In this case it is examined and given to you. If you have any difficulties with getting your order, please contact us and we will try to help you.
Q: If I receive a damaged package or it is missing, what should I do?
